• Recent blood tests were not as complete as they should have been and the GP phoned 45 minutes early so I missed the call. That said, I think the practice is very good indeed and followed up an abnormal blood result very quickly. Also my phone call with a GP was very thorough and helpful.

• Receptionist pleasant and professional. Had a prompt appointment, within an hour of phoning. Was in with GP within 5 mins of appointment time. GP was attentive and reassuring. Service could not be improved upon.
